Social Emotional Well Being: DBT-A for High Schoolers

WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS COACHING PROGRAM?

During this 10-week group coaching session, high schoolers will meet for 1-hour each week to learn and discuss skills associated with DBT-A (Dialectical Behavior Therapy - Adolescents).

Our DBT-A coaching sessions are structured to provide you with a practical understanding and application of key DBT skills in a supportive and interactive environment. Each session will focus on one of the core areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, or interpersonal effectiveness. Through a mix of short lectures, group discussions, and hands-on exercises, you'll learn how to apply these skills in everyday situations to better manage emotions, reduce stress, and improve relationships. The sessions are designed to be engaging and empowering, allowing you to practice the techniques in real-time with feedback and support, ensuring you can integrate these tools effectively into your daily life.
