  • In-person services are provided in Powell, Lewis Center, or Delaware, Ohio. We realize that your time is valuable and that you may not live locally - we also provide virtual coaching and online courses for your convenience.

  • Virtual coaching can occur 1:1 or in a group format based on your selected service model. We will work with you to arrange dates and times that work for your schedule. All virtual sessions will be held via the Zoom platform. We encourage you to have a video camera and microphone to enhance the experience.

  • Yes! We offer 1:1 and group coaching sessions in person. During your free consultation appointment, we can help you select the appropriate area of focus and type of coaching sessions that best fits your individual needs and preferences.

  • Fees vary based on the service that you select. Please see posted information or contact us for specific questions regarding fees and payment options.

  • Coaching focuses on personal development, goal-setting, and achieving specific outcomes, while therapy addresses mental health issues and emotional healing. Our coaching services are not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. We recommend seeking licensed healthcare providers for mental health concerns.

  • In a coaching session, you can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where we help you identify your strengths and challenges, set meaningful goals, build motivation, and develop strategies to enhance your executive functioning skills.

  • Our services are designed for adolescents, adults, parents, teachers, and school counselors. We specialize in supporting students transitioning from middle school to high school, students struggling in school, and those with disabilities. We offer 1:1 coaching, group coaching sessions, family coaching, digital products, and online courses. Our programs focus on executive functioning skills, personal social-emotional growth, and interpersonal connections.
